ZINC ALUMINIUM STEEL TANKS
Zincalume Bolted tanks are manufactured from steel which has been continuously Coated with Zinc & Aluminium to provide the excellent corrosion resistance which is commonly experienced by tanks that are exposed to the harshet of atmospheric condition.
VFAB Tanks are proven reliable in the Municipal,Mining,Fire,Food & Beverage ,Agricultural & Water conservation industries. The range of tanks has been engineered, designed & developed from years of practical experience in the water storage industry,& continues to improve from strength to strength.
The wall panels & roof sheets of all VFAB Tanks are made of steel that is hot dipped & coated with molten alloy of 55% aluminium,43.5% zinc & 1.5% silicon, commonly referred to by its trade name Zinc Aluminium steel,thus rendering highly resistant to corrosion.
Technical data sheets of products are available on request. All our tanks are fitted with an approved liner which prevents water coming into contact with the wall panels. This liner complies with the testing of products for use in contact with drinking water.

- Construction methods allow tanks to be erected within days by a supervisor & team of semi-skilled labourers.
- Zincalume Bolted cylindrical tank kits are reduced to one tenth of their total volume allowing a 100m3 tank to be packed onto pallets creating a 10m3 cubic capacity load which vastly reduces shipping costs.
- Standard panels are readily available ensuring speedy response to orders & delivery.
